As a physician, I’m so used to putting the needs of others before my own.

I struggled to set boundaries. I didn't say "no" for the sake of keeping the peace around me (but never within me). I lost a big part of who I am in the process.

I was emotionally exhausted, burned out, and generally dissatisfied with both my work and life.

I knew I had to make myself a priority too, something I hadn’t done in a while.

I spent months learning to piece myself together and rediscovering my values, needs, wants, and boundaries.

Now, with my self-worth intact, I can give more of myself to others without feeling depleted.

I know a lot of professionals, both men and women, who want to follow the same path and make that change, but they don't know how to do it.

Each step of the journey is unique for every person…

And I’m here to help you take your first steps with clarity, conviction, and purpose.

...because unless you know where you’re headed, your road hasn’t been paved.
